  题目Controlled pattern formation of stochastic Cucker-Smale systems with network structures (I) (II)

 

  摘要In this talk, I will present a new stochastic particle system on networks that describes the flocking behavior and pattern formation. More precisely, we consider Cucker-Smale particles with decentralized formation control and multiplicative noises on symmetric and connected networks. Under suitable assumptions on the initial configurations and the network structure, we study time-asymptotic stochastic flocking behavior and pattern formation of solutions for the proposed stochastic particle system.

  专家简介: Young-Pil Choi received the B.Sc degree in Mathematics from University of Seoul in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Seoul National University in 2012. He was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Mathematics at Imperial College London and in the Fakultät für Mathematik at Technische Universität München from 2012 to 2016, and Humboldt research fellow at Technische Universität München from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, he returned to South Korea and held an assistant professorship position at the Department of Mathematics and the Institute of Applied Mathematics of Inha University during 2017-2019. In 2019, he joined Yonsei University, as an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics. Since 2023, he also holds a Yonsei Lee Youn Jae Rising Fellowship Professor. He was elected as a member of Young Korean Academy of Science and Technology (2023 – present) and an associate member of Korea Institute of Advanced Study (2019 – present).
